suddenly, she lost her necklace in the last panel...

the shirt might be a bit too form fitting. even though she seems to be wearing an another shirt under it, still you can see her nipples poking thru it.
the fingers holding her jacket look a bit awkward, sausace fingers or a grip of a 1 year old.

I like how you did some of the stuff.

Incidences of crab hands, stiff hands, overuse of 3/4 head positioning, randomly growing boob balloons, disappearing and reappearing outfit bits, etc. But I feel like you're probably working on all of these things and that what you're doing now is a great practice anyway.

LOVE love LOVE the panelling, the shading, the character designs. I do however feel like you could loosen up some of your drawing--give it more life, more flair (I say this because I draw on about your level and these are my own struggles--I draw too much of the face and not enough of the rest and the result is kind of stiff). LOVE this though. LOVE it.

oops forgot to mention:
that semi-profile picture you have of your girl (sort of profile, sort of to the back) has a very unrealistic breast/back/shoulder position. Please fix this, it kind of detracts.
