I don't have the original mods, but here's the full album, was just released:

Even with the original mods there's no way you could learn much from them without spending hours to set up things right:

> After pushing renoise to it's limits with an Quad core Extreme X9650, with some songs reaching 65 channels with over 20~30 DSP effects running on each, maxing out the sample inventory, and after strange (and stupid crashes), it's finaly done.

Oh man yeah, man DENIS, man-DENNIS, so basically you'd need a very fast computer to manage this in real time.

Ableton Live crashed hard on me. Here is some of the garbage it put out during the crash.

The things running during the crash were a simple drum loop and YMCK's VST "8-bit plug."

Dunno if it hasn't been posted here already, but this looks pretty neat. Can't wait for the english release.

Can't wait either, but I'm much more excited about the homebrew scene, there are some nifty control surfaces in development.
In particular the thing in the picture, once it supports my host.

Final Fantasy V

I'm still doing them. I have yet to master vibrato for horns, trumpets and clarinets.

>> No.7688

you can use auto vibrato in the samples tab. I recommend giving the clarinet a note fade when you hold it for so long, or else it sounds mechanical

otherwise, this sounds pretty cool :3

>> No.7690

>>7688
MOD has no auto-vibrato

>> No.7950

i still give up on using vibrato :(

this sounds more or less like the original

good job!

this is a short music loop that came with a Duke Nukem 3D map that I have. it sounds unmistakably like a .mod file circa 1987, but I have no clue who it's by or what it's called.

since I didn't feel like converting from .voc to .wav to .mp3, here it is imported into an .it file.

>> No.7277

No idea as to sauce, but the niftiness of the loop and the subtlety of "what is it" merited a bump from this passing soul.

>> No.7914

Did anyone ever find out what this was from?

>> No.7918

sounds like something by SLL or Einstein

you look it up :V

>> No.7919

>>7918
Which particular Einstein? Also, is SSL a group or a person? I looked around on amp.dascene.net, but I couldn't find anything other than several different people with the name Einstein. (I also listened to some songs from each one, and none of them seemed to have the same style as the one in this whatis.it)

What sites would you suggest I go to to look this up? The only site I know of is amp.dascene.net

Sorry to bother you.

I did a sample text search on modarchive with the name of the bass. Thankfully the artist was kind enough to leave the original ST-XX names in the samples.

Enjoy:)
