I am trying to figure out how to create a similar type of beat to the one in the BG of this song. I'm a newbie at this, so I haven't been able to even begin reconstructing something remotely similar.
Is Taiko drumming of some kind going on here? Or something else completely?

Does anybody know what the voice is saying in this infamous hiphop loop? To me it just sounds like "Duba ehhh" but I imagine it must be something more coherent than that.
