Well, the project is coming along nicely, almost all the remaining songs have been reserved, only 2 are still up for grabs. (Bridge 2, and 1st Verse Partial Encore x2, which would be a remix).

Right now, we are recording the last line of the song, "He lured me to his domicile", and we'd like to have as many people who care to spend 3 minutes for the project say it together.
Please record yourself saying it (speak clearly and not too fast) if you feel like being awesome, and we're gonna mix them all together in about a week to make the last line.

Yeah, that's the big idea. So long as the listener can pretty much read along the lyrics, there are no real rules.

Like I said in the recording project thread, I'm very interested in doing verse 13. If the guy who was originally signed up to do verse 13 doesn't show up after a day or so (or however long you were going to wait for him), send me an email, and I'll get working immediately.

I've been working on it over the last few days, and here's what I've come up with. Let me know if this is acceptable, or if there's something you'd like me to change in it.

I tried to tag it and name the file according to the standards set on the wiki page, but I probably didn't do it 100% correctly. No big matter, you'll fix that yourself when the album is finalized, right?

Man, this de-facto project leader position sure is uncomfortable, running all around the internet trying to fetch mostly anonymous people. If I have time I may take a stab at the 18th verse as well, but I personally think it's good to have some shitty tracks in the album because it makes it more DQN QUALITY. It turned out even worse than I expected! Plus I stole a large portion of the song from Juicy Panic's song Otarie, since that's where a bunch of the lyrics were from. I could probably have tried much, much harder, but that wouldn't be in the DQN spirit!

Besides, this long song just needs to be over with. I thus think we can leave the 18th verse as it is, especially considering that it's just as good as this crap I just made.
