Largely depends on what you are wanting to make your chapter like. Is there a particular theme you want to go for, you may want to focus on that. If not, then you might what to look into the traits and faults you want first, and then build a background fitting to that.

Well for starters you can take a closer shot. I can't tell what those are by looking at the image （´・ω・｀）And if your camera has a macro mode, you can take nice up close detailed shots. I have an old 1.2 megapixel camera and, aside from the resolution, the image quality is still decent

LOTR tends to be a little cheaper, as its more skirmish oriented. However, most of the minis look bad, especially if you compare them to what Rackham has for a similar price.

Well personally, i think that most gaming systems have something different to offer, i like D&D, but i also like Exalted for example. being an elitist about your system is just plain dumb. Shure, you might favour one system but that is no reason for excluding all others.
