Scanned this 400+ page motherfucker in! Sharing it via Pirate Bay. It's a pretty rare book and the available copies are all over $100. I got the local library to order it for me, then scanned it in. Perhaps you can convince the library to order a copy in your area as well. Or you can just grab this Torrent.
